Where can I view my photos?
What resolution are the photos? Are they RAW or JPEG? Is your logo on the photos?
The photos vary in size and are typically 10-12 MP. They will be a minimum of 8MP. This is plenty to make large beautiful posters up 24" x 36".
We only shoot in JPEG format, no RAW is available. We have been published numerous times in magazines with our JPEG photos.
There are no logos on the photos unless it is a special event and you see it in the corner on the web preview (not to be confused with our website copyright overlay which is not on the final image). The photo is not sized down or altered visually from the original camera file.

When will my photos be online?
We work hard to get the photos online as soon as possible. Please be patient, most photos are up within two days of the event, and we usually upload the day of the event. If it is a Friday event, it could be as late as the following Wednesday since the photos are FedEx'ed to Brian after the conclusion of all the weekend's events.
I purchased a digital photo package. Where is it? How do I download it?
We hand process every order. While this normally happens in less than 24 hours, sometimes it can take a few days if we are out of town shooting an event. Once we have finished processing your order, you will receive an email from us with a link to download your photos. Check your junk mail folder for the email.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time or add photos to your favorites. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders by having an account.
